Supermarket in north of Kosovo hit by rocked-propelled grenade

(Mitrovica, DTT-NET.COM)- A Serbian owned supermarked in northern part of Kosovo was attacked on Tuesday morning with rocked- propelled grenade.

At 03:20 (CET) the supermarked of Serbian owner (Tihomir Belosevic) in town of Leosavic, populated mainly by Serbs was attacked by unknown person, causing material damages to the store, Serbian co-ordinating centre for Kosovo reported on its web-site, quoting UN Mission (UNMIK) police officials.

There are no reports of civilian casualties accoring to initial reports of the police.

Last Thursday, two Serbs were wounded by unknown gunmen in a petrol station in northern part of Kosovo, with the owner of the station and Kosovo Serb politicians qualifying the incident as ethnically motivated. Police has not yet reported any arrests on the case.

On Friday a Serb orthodox church in north-eastern town of Podujevo was stoned by unknown people. The same day a UN bus carrying Serbs was stoned in central Kosovo.
