Colombian soldiers kill FARC leader

COLOMBIAN soldiers killed a rebel leader from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia: FARC) who was overseeing a campaign to take over a central part of the country, on 28 June, Reuters reported.
The rebel known as Juan Carlos was killed in a battle with troops in Santander province.
