Developments in Iraq on July 7

July 7 (Reuters) - The following are security and other developments in Iraq on Friday as of 1100 GMT.

*BAQUBA - A bomb exploded outside a Sunni mosque in Baquba 60 km (45 miles) north of Baghdad, wounding seven worshipers, police said.

*BAGHDAD - Bomb blasts rocked two Sunni mosques in Baghdad shortly after noon prayers on Friday, killing at least five people and wounding nine, police said.

BAGHDAD - U.S.-led forces killed two fighters and detained five suspected insurgents during a raid near Baquba, 65 km (40 miles) north of Baghdad, on Thursday, the U.S. army said.

BAGHDAD - At least seven people were killed in clashes between U.S.-led troops and the Mehdi Army militia of Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr in eastern Baghdad early on Friday, police and witnesses said.
