Latest developments in the Middle East

July 15 (Reuters) - Following are key developments in the crisis in the Middle East.

* European Union calls for all sides to show restraint, says Israel's use of force against Lebanon has been disproportionate.

* Israel says navy ship blockading Beirut that was attacked on Friday was hit by Iranian-made guided missile fired by Hizbollah.

* Israeli aircraft destroy main Hizbollah office in Beirut, hit roads, bridges, petrol stations in north, east, south Lebanon to seal its borders.

* Israeli air strikes kill at least 27 civilians in Lebanon, including 15 hit while fleeing their southern village after Israel threatened to attack it.

* Hizbollah rockets hit northern Israel towns including Tiberias, 35 km from border, deepest penetration so far.

* Israeli army says it has hit about 150 targets in Lebanon in its offensive so far.

* Lebanon says death toll from Israeli attacks is 93, all but two are civilians.

* Arab League foreign ministers hold emergency talks in Cairo to discuss how to stop Israeli attacks on Lebanon, Gaza.
