Moscow market bomb kills 10
A BOMB killed 10 people and wounded 40 at a market in Moscow on 21 August, Reuters reported.
Police said the attack was most likely linked to organised crime, although terrorism could not be ruled out. The bomb may have caused a nearby gas canister to explode.
Police said the homemade bomb had the force equivalent to 1.2 kg of TNT. Most of the traders at the market were from the Far East and ex-Soviet republics in central Asia.
