Five Iranians arrested in Pakistan
Iran Focus Tehran, Iran, Jul. 03 – Five Iranians were arrested on Sunday in Pakistan by local security forces, the state-run news agency ISNA reported.
The five had all crossed the border illegally.
They were rounded up along with eight Afghans near the Pakistani town of Taftan.
The report added they would be prosecuted in a Pakistani court for illegal entry.
(It remains unclear whether they were involved with local militant operations.)
