* Hizbollah guerrillas fight pitched battles with Israeli units in south Lebanon, killing three soldiers.
* Arab countries will press U.N. Security Council for changes to draft resolution to end war between Israel and Hizbollah.
* Tony Blair says Britain hopes for a U.N. resolution on Wednesday calling for a ceasefire in Lebanon.
