ULFA militants blow up OIL pipeline

Tinsukia, Nov 13: In second such incident in as many days, ULFA militants on Sunday blew up a Oil India Limited (OIL) pipeline at Langkashi in Upper Assam's Tinsukia district, police said.

The ULFA militants caused major damage to the pipeline by exploding a powerful bomb.

Last night the militants had damaged a gas pipeline by triggering a powerful bomb at Tengakhat in Dibrugarh district.
