The suspect who works at a Russian defense industry enterprise allegedly used parcels which he gave to bus drivers on international routes. The parcels contained top secret technical drawings for the shipbuilding industry.
The newspaper reports that he did not take money for his services but hoped to move to Estonia with permanent residency rights in the future.
The two drivers of the Estonian transport company who were also implicated in the case have been banned from making any more trips to Russia.
